Heat Treat Ovens

Enhance Metal Alloy Treatment with our Aluminum Heat Treat Ovens

Introducing Pyradia's HM series heat treat ovens, engineered for durability and reliability. Our standard models offer continuous use up to 1200°F (760°C), with custom upgrades available for temperatures up to 1500°F (815°C). Ideal for heat treating a wide range of metal alloy parts, these ovens ensure consistent performance even in demanding industrial environments.

Experience Unrivaled Temperature Uniformity

Our innovative mixed-horizontal ventilation system directs air sideways across the oven door, effectively creating an air curtain. This air is then evenly distributed horizontally from the front to the back of the oven, ensuring complete and uniform coverage of the load.

Additionally, our ovens can be fine-tuned to meet or surpass even the most stringent military and aeronautical standards, maintaining temperatures within a remarkable range of up to +/- 5°F (3°C) when necessary. Pyradia also offers alternative airflow designs such as mixed-vertical and complete horizontal flow, tailored to match your specific load pattern for optimized heat transfer and temperature consistency.

Durable Design

Our HM Series aluminum heat treat ovens are built to withstand rigorous industrial environments. The outer casing boasts a robust welded structure crafted from 1/4’’ angle iron, while the interior is lined with resilient 8 gauge Hot Rolled Steel (HRS).

Advanced Insulation and Noise Reduction

Our HM Series aluminum heat treat ovens are engineered with state-of- the-art insulation technology for maximum efficiency. With a standard 6 – 8″ (15 – 20 cm) of ceramic fiber modules and customizable options of up to 12’’ (30 cm) based on specific requirements, heat loss is minimized and rapid heat cycling is achieved, ensuring optimal energy economy. This durable configuration requires minimal maintenance, providing long-lasting performance.

Moreover, the HM Series oven operates quietly, with noise levels below 85 dB, ensuring a conducive work environment.
