Engineered Tough for Reliability

The outer casing of our belt & chain conveyor ovens features a sturdy welded structure made of 1/4’’ angle iron for enhanced durability. Inside, a reinforced cage design minimizes heat transfer and prevents distortion.

For extended longevity, the internal walls are constructed from carbon steel coated with high temperature resistant paint or stainless steel, depending on operating temperature requirements. Additionally, industrial mineral or ceramic fiber insulation minimizes heat loss and keeps external surface temperatures low.

The air convection technology ovens feature high-efficiency TEFC motors driving belt-driven recirculating fans. A shaft cooling mechanism protects heavy-duty expansion bearings, ensuring continuous, high-performance operation.
