Unique Air Distribution System
Our composite curing ovens feature a special mixed-horizontal ventilation design that creates an air curtain across the door opening. This ensures even airflow from front to back, fully surrounding the load. Our ovens are adjustable to meet stringent military and aeronautic specifications, maintaining temperatures within +/- 5°F (3°C). We also offer mixed-vertical and complete horizontal airflow options for optimized heat transfer and temperature uniformity tailored to your load pattern.
Durable Design for Longevity
Our composite curing oven features a sturdy steel outer casing with ¼’’ thick walls for durability. The inner cage is reinforced and free-floating to prevent distortion and minimize heat transfer. With high-temperature resistant paint protecting internal walls, and industrial relief latches on the doors, safety is our top priority.
We've carefully selected industrial-grade mineral fiber panels to keep heat loss to a minimum and maintain low external surface temperatures, perfect for your composite curing needs.
Powered by high-efficiency TEFC motors, our belt-driven recirculating fan(s) deliver reliable performance, while heavy-duty expansion bearings stay cool with our shaft cooling mechanism. Plus, with automatic fan and heating element shutoff when the door opens, you can work worry-free.
