Most Pyradia dryers can be designed to meet cleanroom requirements, incorporating stainless steel construction, HEPA filtration of circulated air and various manufacturing approaches aiming at eliminating product contamination. HEPA filtration effectively removes airborne contaminants, ensuring that your products remain free from impurities during the drying process. They can be designed to meet cleanroom classifications ISO6 or Class 1,000, ensuring that your cleanroom environment remains compliant with industry regulations and standards. Cleanroom Classes refer to the cleanliness of the room controlled environment, with regards to the quantity and size of particles per cubic meters of air. While ISO standard classes range from ISO 1 to ISO 9, the most common cleanroom classes are ISO 7 or Class 10,000 and ISO 8 or Class 10,000
