desired temperatures. Our furnaces are insulated with top-quality low-
density refractory bricks to minimize heat-up and cool-down times. This
ensures optimal temperature control accuracy and efficiency for maximum
performance.

sheet walls framed with a ¼’’ thick structure, coated for added protection
with an alkyde or enamel finish.
Experience exceptional insulation with our box furnace, boasting 4½” of
premium low-density grooved bricks, rated up to 2600°F, backed by 2½” of
high-density mineral fiberboard, rated up to 1900°F, ensuring optimal heat
retention.
Our low watt density heating elements are coils in FeCrAl alloy, ensuring
extended longevity. Plus, our grooved-brick design allows for easy
replacement of elements, enhancing convenience and durability.
