Quality Insulation

Experience exceptional insulation with our box furnace, boasting 4½” of premium low-density grooved bricks, rated up to 2600°F, backed by 2½” of high-density mineral fiberboard, rated up to 1900°F, ensuring optimal heat retention.

Durable Heating Elements

Our low watt density heating elements are coils in FeCrAl alloy, ensuring extended longevity. Plus, our grooved-brick design allows for easy replacement of elements, enhancing convenience and durability.

Our furnaces are designed with heating elements strategically positioned in the chamber to optimize heat transfer. Pyradia is renowned for achieving superior temperature uniformity, further enhanced by our innovative placement of heating elements, particularly within the door.
