Quality Insulation

Our insulation system boasts 4½” of top-tier low-density grooved bricks
rated to withstand temperatures up to 2600°F, reinforced by 2½” of high-

density mineral fiber board rated for 1900°F. Additionally, our cover door
features durable ceramic fiber board for added thermal protection.

Durable Heating Elements

Our heating elements are engineered for exceptional durability. Crafted
from low watt density coils made of FeCrAl alloy, they ensure maximum
longevity, even in demanding industrial environments. Plus, the innovative
grooved-brick design facilitates easy replacement of the elements,
minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.

We prioritize precision in heat distribution. Our furnaces feature
strategically positioned heating elements within the chamber to ensure
