Innovative Air Distribution System

Our specialized industrial ovens are designed with a focus on the unique
requirements of the aluminum aging process. Our signature mixed-
horizontal ventilation pattern creates an air curtain across the door
opening, ensuring uniform airflow throughout the oven. This airflow is
directed horizontally from the front to the back of the oven, completely
surrounding the load with consistent heat.

We ensure that all our ovens can be precisely adjusted to meet or exceed
the strictest military and aeronautic specifications, maintaining
temperatures within +/- 5°F (3°C) when necessary. Additionally, we offer
alternative airflow options such as mixed-vertical and complete horizontal

flow, tailored to your specific load pattern for optimized heat transfer and
temperature uniformity.

Built to Last

When designing our aluminum aging ovens, we prioritize durability and
efficiency. The outer casing features sturdy steel sheet walls framed with
¼’’ thick framing for robust construction. Inside, the reinforced inner cage
prevents distortion and minimizes heat transfer, ensuring precise
temperature control required for aluminum aging.

To further reinforce the interior of our ovens, internal walls are coated with
high-temperature-resistant paint for added protection. Equipped with
industrial relief latches, our doors ensure secure sealing during operation,
maintaining the integrity of the aging environment.

We've carefully selected different grades of industrial mineral fiber panels
to minimize heat loss and maintain low external surface temperatures,
optimizing energy efficiency.

Our industrial-grade recirculating fans, powered by high-efficiency TEFC
motors, deliver reliable performance. The shaft cooling mechanism
protects heavy-duty expansion bearings for an extended lifespan. For
safety, fans and heating elements automatically disable when doors are
opened, ensuring peace of mind during operation.
